Providers/Suppliers can submit emails to Noridian for answers regarding SMRC.
Because it is possible for others to view the email contents, exposing you or others as a target for fraud or abuse, do not email us Confidential information. This includes private information such as patient names, claim information, Medicare ID, Social Security Numbers (SSN), Claim Control Numbers (CCNs) or provider numbers. If you have a question that may contain confidential information, contact our Contact Center.
Please submit questions to SMRCMail@Noridian.com. To ensure we can properly address your inquiry, include all the below elements.
- Project ID
- National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Provider Transaction Access Number (PTAN)
- State
- Question
- Company/Organization
- Contact Phone Number
Noridian will continuously strive to answer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Within two (2) days of receipt, we will acknowledge correspondence to author of inquiry
- Every 14 days until resolved, we will provide the author updates
